Allison Luthe is the lead facilitator and co-founder of Leader Accelerator, leveraging her real-world leadership experience to provide effective executive support in every session. She has spent years investing in her employees.  She successfully transformed a mission-driven organization from 2 part-time employees with $50,000 in the bank to over 40 employees and an $11 million balance sheet. 


Throughout this journey, she navigated growth, staffing challenges, culture change, performance pressure, and the daily realities of managing people. Today, Allison partners with companies to offer leadership coaching that empowers managers to communicate clearly, lead confidently, strengthen accountability, and foster healthier team cultures.
